Q: I cannot open my Netflix/Disney...

Amornee: 

1. Make sure the client is already updating the system (needs to connect to wifi), if the client doesn't know if it's the latest software or not, they need to send us a picture of the projector version for verification at Settings - About Device
2. After the update, the client needs to go to APPstore to redownload Netflix/Disney again
3. If the above still doesn't work, select the app and press OK button for a long time to uninstall the apps and then open Appstore to install it again.
5. Note that after the last software update, need to use the mouse in remote to control the Netflix.
6. If it still doesn't work, the customer can Factory Reset the projector, then follow the above steps.
